Loan amounts in the €1M-€5M range

Loans generally with LTVs of 50%-75% of the secured Irish property assets

Interest only facilities. interest rates fixed for the period of the loan, with interest payable monthly

Interest rate at 10% pa for shorter periods, with reduced rates for 3-5 year terms

Option to make annual capital repayments

We lend to limited companies only

Loans are secured on property and the Borrower company. No personal guarantees

We will consider property in all locations, provided our lending criteria are met
