Courtstown Finance is a private alternative property lender, owned and fully funded by an Irish family office.

We have lent over €250M to property owners and investors in the Irish market since 2017.

Our business is built on pro-active engagement by our senior team with prospective borrowers and their advisors. We are solution-focused.

As business people ourselves, we understand the frustration faced by borrowers in terms of the delays in engagement with many institutional Lenders. We engage promptly on all lending proposals , and we bring lending proposals which meet our lending criteria through our application process without delay. Our Credit Committee meet weekly.
