We have funding available, and typically lend in tranches of €1M – €5M for periods of 1-5 years.We have provided significant funding to our clients in the Irish market since inception in 2017.

We lend on Property but we lend to People.

As business people ourselves, we understand the frustration faced by borrowers in terms of the delays in engagement with many institutional Lenders.
We are solution-focused. We engage promptly on all lending proposals , and we bring lending proposals which meet our lending criteria through our application process without delay. Our Credit Committee meet weekly.
